My Faith: No cause is lost if there is 1 mad guy left to fight for it! My Motto: God give me courage to change what I can, the strength to accept what I can’t and the wisdom to know the difference! My Principle: Ask not what the nation does for you, ask what you can do for your nation! My Driving Force: Karen Raven's quote, "Only as high as I reach can I grow, only as far as I seek can I go, only as deep as I look can I see, only much as I dream can I be" My Goal: To make myself a better person today, than what I was yesterday!

Dissection of Hindustaan....

Liberal, what does it really mean? The dictionary says its “tolerance” or “generous”. Most of us would agree with that. But even in manufacturing there are set tolerances and beyond them the product is rejected or thrown in scrap. If that is the case in manufacturing why is it still not a reality when it comes to the national interest?
English historian Arnold Toynbee had once said, “Hindus are liberal at their own fault”. The perfect example of this statement, the shameful truth which should make all of us ashamed of is Nicha Gobindapur village of South Dinajpur district, West Bengal on the Indo-Bangladeshi border.

In this village and the adjoining areas along the Indo-Bangladeshi border there is a Muslim minority but a mass oppression of the Hindu community in the name of religion. We continue to be divided on communal lines. The arrogance of this minority is well backed by the centre and state government. Hindu women are not allowed to put “sindur” on their foreheads. They are not allowed to wear the traditional Bengali white bangles made out of the conch shell. Cows are sacrificed in public. Temples are razed and worshipping any Hindu deity is like inviting death! Girls, when they reach the age of 12/13 are kidnapped my Muslim youth in the name of love and are raped and tortured. The ruling party has continued their formulae of minority appeasement. It has happened since 1947, it is happening even now. It happens as there is no firm organized resistance from the majority Hindus in these regions. Fear has gripped their hearts and hence the tyrants continue to rule.

The ruling parties announce high sanctions, hefty waivers and tolerate crimes just to have their support – Vote Bank Politics! Many madrasas have been set up to dispense the supposed education. Oh yes, we know what is taught in these places. A chain of 955 mosques and 445 madrasas on our side along the West Bengal-Bangladesh border and 976 mosques and 156 madrasas on the Bangladeshi side are currently in place to brainwash the children about ideals and values and turn them against the nation. This is no more about the religion damn it! This is about “OUR” Nation!

How an anti national movement is functioning using this well set up network is a story worth reading and understanding. The following description is from a local by the name Anup Ratan Mahanta of South Dinajpur district.

Many children travel across the border into Bangladesh daily to attend the madrasas. When asked a few questions they give the following replies,

1)     What is the name of the national flower of the country? Pat came the reply from Sweety, “Its Shapla.”
2)     What is the name of the national bird of the country? Sonamoni quickly says, "Doel!"
3)     The National Game? “Kabaddi of course!”  , says Eliza.

Ask them to sing the national anthem, they start of in a melodious tone, “Aamar Sonar Bangla” and not “Jana Gana Mana...” . These are not a few trivial words, this is the bloody death knell! How long are we going to be deaf to the indications of nature? Incase its not aware from my toning, Shapla, Doel and Kabaddi are the national flower, bird and game respectively of Bangladesh and “Aamar Sonar Bangla” is their national anthem.
Many boys and girls like Sweety, Sonamoni and Eliza live here in Bhaarat. They eat, sleep and drink here in Bhaarat. They are our own people but they learn, know and understand the culture and ways of a foreign land! They study the history of Bangladesh. They study Islam, Hadis, Quran, Fikah. They are expected to know about the life of Hazrat Muhammed, topography of ancient Arab. They pass school from the Madrasa Board of Education, Bangladesh. After passing they are admitted to the Dinajpur College of Bangladesh! This is how many children, the prior images of you and me and the future of this great nation are growing up!

From childhood itself they are being fed the culture of Bangladesh. Their tender minds, still like wet clay are shaped by the radicals into evil heads for a supposed “Jihad”.
When a potter shapes the wet clay into a dry pot and the wetness is lost the pot cannot be reshaped. It survives in that shape or is broken!
Either of the 2 results are not good for Bhaarat and its future!
I reiterate, I won’t expect anything but hostility from the radicals and enemies of this nation as it is their duty being our enemies to work against us. But what about me and you? Are we too the enemies of this nation, of this culture, of Hindustaan?
Even we are at fault. There are no roads to this village. There is no electricity. The set of villages of which Nicha Gobindapur is a part is enclosed by barbed wires. They are a located in a strip like region sandwiched between Indian mainland and Bangladesh. The Indian gates open 3 times a day for traveling and material transport. The Bangladesh gates remain open throughout the day! As the nearest school on our side is 3 kms away, the residents prefer madrasas, especially the one in Daudpur in Bangladesh as they are closer and also easy to access. Sweety, Sonamoni and Eliza like many others say that it is very convenient for them to attend the madrasa in Bangladesh as it is just 500 meters away. They get free textbooks and the Bangladeshi Rifles “Uncles” are really helpful and never stop them. Bullshit! Why the hell would they stop them when they are recruiting anti Bhaarat soldiers without doing much and at such a tender age as well!

The big fault here lies in the truth that good schools have not been set up in this region. But good schools and teachers don't blossom out of the blue. Some of us, the vast population of Bhaarat has to make sacrifices to execute such tasks! A sole school, that too a primary one, was started by the Bengal Literacy Mission in Nicha Gobindapur village comprising of 45 students who are taught by 2 teachers – Majid Ali Mondal and Parimal Mondal. The former one, to speak in the language the politicians understand is a Muslim. But this person, he is contributing to the growth of the nation by teaching in this school. For me, he is a patriot along with all those who are responsible for the functioning of this school. It does not matter whether a person is a Hindu, Muslim, Christian, Buddhist, Jain, Sikh or Jew but it does matter if he/she is a patriot or an anti national. Any person in the category of the latter is my enemy! I don’t care what his religion, caste, creed and race is, he is my enemy, he is the enemy of my Hindustaan!

I appreciate this valiant attempt by the Bengal Literacy Mission who have stepped into a minefield and taken a big risk. The enemies outside can be defeated with much ease if those within cease to operate. Our fight is primarily against such individuals who have sold off their souls to the enemy, to evil and to selfish motives. Defeat them first and the next battle will be considerably easy to handle. Do not get me wrong, I have spoken in relative terms. Both these challenges are difficult. In fact, the word challenge is directly related to being difficult. It is merely that internal enemies are more difficult to defeat than external ones as is the case that it is more difficult to defeat the evil within us than it is to defeat the one outside!

It is an irony that so many of us are still entrapped in the enticing lifestyle of drink, party, expensive shopping and enjoyment when the nation is bleeding copiously. The nation today needs the youth to wake up to their responsibility and to reach out to such regions of the nation to change it. First, we need to look within ourselves. Does this mean that we have to reform and equip ourselves with the best of values, beliefs, principles and faith to fight this hard war? Yes. The nation is in eminent need of able bodied, sound minded warriors.

Does this story not anger you? Does it not make you boil off? Are not those “Bha” swear words poised to leap up from within and tumble out from your mouth?
Well, if any of it does happen and you are just as angry as I am and hopefully much more than me, channel your anger into preparing for the oncoming war. Chuck the damn fear from the self and pick up the necessary weapons of war and dare to fight even if all odds are stacked against us!
My friends, it is the time to throw the rejected pieces in the scrap! Its time to be a team, only a team of truth can defeat the evil forces at work. "Sanghatana he, Sutra Banave!"

“Nothing can defeat or destroy a mind which feels no fear.”
Veer Savarkar
